Do I need a license for this?
To apply nails on someone else, most states require a nail technician or cosmetology license. Selling press-on sets you make at home is selling a product, not performing a service, which is a different thing.
Rules vary by state and this is not legal advice — the book explains where the line falls and tells you to confirm with your own state board before you sell.
Do I need to know how to do nails?
